Edwin is a Registered Architect with over 15 years of experience leading the design and construction of Healthcare projects in the private and public sectors. Edwin is a retired US Air Force officer who oversaw more than 30 Facility Assessment Studies and Master Facility Plans. He was also a key planner for the Afghan Military Healthcare Facilities in 2008-2009 and 2011-2012.

Edwin received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado and his Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
